Shipping policy

• For orders below HK$300, local shipping shall be paid to SF Express upon delivery. The cost will depend on the weight of the item and will be charged by SF Express only.
• Local shipping is free for orders HK$300 and above. 
• During our sale period, please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, it will take 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered. 
• A SF tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order. 

Note:

• SF Express may contact you to arrange delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, kindly contact SF Express to arrange re-delivery. 
• Please ensure your delivery and contact details are correct when checking out. 
• It is advised to download the SF Express app to track your delivery. 
• Mon Bijou is not responsible for any storage fees/re-delivery/change of address once the order leaves our warehouse. 
  
  

Packaging Issues

Mon Bijou products make great gifts, and we pride ourselves in doing our best to pack all items with care and extra protection. Depending on the size of the item, we will ship items in a box or in a bubble mailer to prevent damage to the item. 

However, please note that Mon Bijou is not responsible for damage caused by courier / third party. Although we wrap all our products in protective packaging, there is still a chance of minor damage to the outer packaging such as dents or creases. We wipe down every item before shipping as well but there will still be a slight chance of dust on your item. Since this does not affect the product quality and usage of the product itself, we regret that we are unable to exchange/refund items due to outer packaging issues.

送貨/取貨方式

• 訂單低於HK$300，需由買家支付運費，並在收貨時以「到付」形式支付給順豐速運。 費用將取決於物品的重量，並且僅由順豐速運收取。
• 訂單滿HK $300，免運費。
• 下單成功及完成付款後，系統將根據客人所填寫的送貨地址及付款時間，
• 減價期間 將於 4-7 個工作日（星期六、日及公眾假期不包括在內）內發貨及寄出。
• 訂單發貨後，物流公司將需要1-2個工作日送達。
• 順豐速運追踪號碼將在您完成訂單並及發貨後發送給您。 

注意： 

• 順豐速運有可能在不與您聯繫的情況下安排送貨。 如果派送不成功，請聯繫順豐速運安排重新派送。
• 付款前請確保您的送貨地址和聯繫方式正確無誤。
• 建議下載順豐速運應用程式，以便跟蹤您的訂單狀況。 
• 訂單一旦離開我們的倉庫，Mon Bijou 將不承擔任何存倉費用/重新派送/更改地址等的責任。

有關包裝

我們的貨品送禮自用皆宜，準備發出的貨品均會包上雪梨紙作保護，並會按貨品大小而採用紙箱或氣泡紙袋再作外層包裝，並以最佳的狀態發送。

備註：在產品運送途中有可能會因第三方運輸做成包裝有壓痕及破損、包裝有輕微灰塵等，但不影響正常使用的問題，本公司並不接受以上問題的換貨/退錢安排。

如有任何爭議，本公司將保留一切最終決定權。
