Returns

Defective items may be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused and in its original packaging.
Items can only be returned with proof of purchase (e-receipt or printed invoice)
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Mon Bijou is not responsible for delivery fees for returns.
Return credit will be debited to your original payment method or can be saved as store credit.
Mon Bijou reserves the right to reject any return requests that do not adhere to our policy and will have the final decision.

Exchanges

Mon Bijou is happy to exchange any items that have been delivered incorrectly and will bear any delivery fees required.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items for the following reasons:

- Appearance or colour of actual item differs from that in photos on your device

- Ordered wrong item / colour

- Changed mind about item

No returns & exchanges on sale items

Packaging Issues

Mon Bijou products make great gifts, and we pride ourselves in doing our best to pack all items with care and extra protection by wrapping with bubble wrap and tissue paper. Depending on the size of the item, we will ship items in a box or in a bubble mailer to prevent damage to the item.

However, please note that Mon Bijou is not responsible for damage caused by courier / third party. Although we wrap all our products in protective packaging, there is still a chance of minor damage to the outer packaging such as dents or creases. We wipe down every item before shipping as well but there will still be a slight chance of dust on your item. Since this does not affect the product quality and usage of the product itself, we regret that we are unable to exchange/refund items due to outer packaging issues.

退款政策

退貨

如產品有破損，可在14天內安排退回。物品必須是未使用品，並應保留其原始包裝。
必須提供有效的購物證明（電子收據或打印發票）才能退回物品。
運費是不設退還的。
Mon Bijou不負責退貨的運費。
退款方式將以相同的支款方式退回，亦可選擇退回到商店的購物金額中，留待下次使用。
Mon Bijou 保留拒絕任何不符合我們政策的退貨要求的權利，並保留最終決定權。
減價貨品恕不接受退換
如需退貨，請以電郵形式連絡我們。

換貨安排

如在發貨上出現任何我方的失誤，例如：發錯貨物等原因，我方將承擔所需的任何運送費用。

很遺憾，以下原因下我們無法退/換貨：

商品與客人心目中的顏色或外觀不相乎
訂購錯誤的商品/顏色
改變了主意
已使用品
減價貨品恕不接受退換

有關包裝

我們的貨品送禮自用皆宜，準備發出的貨品均會包上氣泡紙及雪梨紙作保護，並會按貨品大小而採用紙箱或氣泡紙袋再作外層包裝，並以最佳的狀態發送。

備註：在產品運送途中有可能會因第三方運輸做成包裝有壓痕及破損、包裝有輕微灰塵等，但不影響正常使用的問題，本公司並不接受以上問題的換貨/退錢安排。
