Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We apologise we do not ship internationally currently. We ship only to Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Under general circumstances, your order will be dispatched 3-5 business days after placing your order (not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, your order will be delivered to you within 1-2 days.
What should I do if I haven't picked up my order within the designated time slot?
If you have chosen for self-pick up service at SF Express, please contact SF with your tracking number to arrange re-delivery. Mon Bijou is not responsible for any storage fees charged by SF.
Can I change my delivery method/delivery address?
Once your order has left our warehouse we are unable to make any change including delivery methods/delivery address. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer/PayMe and have not made your payment yet, please contact us to cancel your existing order. You will then have to place a new order and select your preferred shipping method/delivery address.
What delivery methods can I choose from?
For local orders, you can select from delivery to your door or self-pickup at SF Express centres/SF lockers.
How do I pay for delivery?
We provide free local delivery for orders HK$200 or above. For orders below this amount, the delivery fee shall be paid to our courier (SF Express) upon receiving your order. The delivery fee depends on the weight of your order. For more information, please click here.
Refunds & Exchanges
How do I request a refund/exchange?
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item (unopened and unused), a refund/exchange may be requested within 14 days of placing your order.
- An electronic receipt or proof of purchase must be supplied.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method when placing your order or as credit to be used on our online store.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Mon Bijou reserves the right to reject any return requests that do not adhere to our policy and will have the final decision.

Why am I not eligible for a refund?
We may not be able to process your refund if:
- 14 days has passed since placing your order
- You have changed your mind
- Item looks different than on website
- Ordered wrong item/color/style
- Item has been used/unopened and not in its original packaging

網上購物可怎樣付款?
我們網站只接受 FPS (轉數快), 銀行匯款, 信用卡 以及PAYME 付款。

配送及取貨
商品能寄送至香港以外的地區嗎?
很抱歉,我們目前只接受送往香港(包括香港島、九龍、新界及離島)的訂單,暫不支援其他海外送貨。
訂購產品後需幾天才可以收到產品?
一般情況下,產品會於確認訂單後 3-5 個工作天內工作日(星期六、日及公眾假期不包括在內)內發貨及寄出。 訂單發貨後,物流公司將需要1-2個工作日送達。
沒有在領取的期限內於「自取服務」地點取貨該怎麽辦?
如因客人之個人理由未能如期收貨,請自行聯絡順豐速遞再作安排,順豐速遞可能會收取額外行政費。
我可以修改配送方式嗎?
很抱歉,我們不提供訂單修改,包括配送方式。如果你需要修改配送方式,你可以取消「未付款」之訂單,重新下單並選擇合適的配送方式購買商品。
有哪些配送服務可供選擇?
香港及澳門訂單可選擇「順豐門市自取服務」或「寄送服務」
線上訂單收取運費嗎?
如訂購總額滿HK$200或以上,運費全免。 如訂購總額未滿HK$200,需由買家支付運費,並在收貨時以「到付」形式支付給順豐速運。 費用將取決於物品的重量,並且僅由順豐速運收取。
請注意:推廣期間,運費將有所不同。
退貨退款
我該如何提出退貨退款申請?
- 如產品有破損,可在14天內安排退回。 物品必須是未使用品,並應保留其原始包裝。
- 必須提供有效的購物證明(電子收據或打印發票)才能退回物品。
- 退款方式將以相同的支款方式退回,亦可選擇退回到商店的購物金額中,留待下次使用。
- Mon Bijou 保留拒絕任何不符合我們政策的退貨要求的權利,並保留最終決定權。
- 如需退貨,請以電郵形式連絡我們。
- 運費是不設退還的。

為什麼我無法申請退貨退款?
